Milestone Compendium Four

"The long hot summer. After the events of the Big Bang, the citizens of Dakota City have mostly adjusted to the presence of the super-powered Bang Babies in their neighborhood. While the Blood Syndicate continues to cast an intimidating shadow, heroes such as Static, Hardware, Icon, Rocket, Kobalt, the Shadow Cabinet, and Xombi have been helping to keep the peace. To revive the city's failing economy, a new gentrification project is proposed on Paris Island, the city's poorest neighborhood: a high-tech theme park called Utopia. But despite its name, Utopia threatens to displace hundreds of people from their homes and businesses. Will Utopia usher in a new golden age as promised, or will riots against its construction finally tear Dakota City apart? Buckle up, because the Long, Hot Summer begins now! This entry in the Milestone Compendium series introduces the next big company- wide crossover in the Milestone Universe from visionary creators Dwayne McDuffie, John Rozum, Ivan Velez Jr., M.D. Bright, Denys Cowan, and more!"--page [4] of cover.
