Alison Saar

In Saar's solo exhibition, she explores the meanings and uses of the word "still" and the darker issues of oppression, poverty, and human devaluation. Her ew york features crudely constructed armatures, apparatus, and mechanics made from copper, lead, steel, rusty chains, and rope.
