Global Water Resource Issues

The International Conference on Water and the Environment, held in Dublin, Ireland, from 26-31 January, 1992, was the most all-embracing conference dealing with global water management issues since the United Nations Water Conference held in Mar del Plata, Argentina in 1977 (United Nations, 1977).
