THE CITY GIRL -- AND THE RUGGED OUTBACK CATTLE BARON The wilderness at the heart of the Australian Northern Territory was no place for delicate city beauty Samantha Langdon. Cattleman Ross Sunderland wouldn't have agreed to act as guide if he'd known Samantha had signed up for the trip. Their one meeting had sparked an overwhelming attraction and, determined to resist her, loner Ross had vowed to avoid her at all costs. Sam could see in his hard, handsome face that Ross didn't want her along. But they were seduced by the danger and primitive beauty around them, and raw instinct took over as their passion could no longer be denied....

About Unknown Author

Margaret Way was born and educated in Brisbane, Australia. Before her marriage she was a well-known pianist, teacher, vocal coach and accompanist, but her hectic musical career came to a halt when her son was born and the demands of motherhood dictated a change of pace. On a fortuitous impulse she decided to try her hand at romance writing and was thrilled when Mills & Boon accepted her first effort, 'Time of the Jacaranda', which they published less than a year later in 1970; a feat that brought tears to her father's eyes. A driving force in all her writing was the promotion of her much loved country, Australia. Her interests over her life remained with the arts, including playing the piano seriously, collecting antiques and paintings and browsing through galleries.
