Message from Venus

Rose's dad has vanished. Her mum believes that he has gone to get alien help to save the planet and turns the house into a commune for "believers". Rose thinks she has lost her marbles when, out of nowhere, Gabriel arrives. He is so strange that he seems to be from another planet.
