Juan Nepomuceno Carlos Pérez Rulfo Vizcaíno (Apulco, Jalisco, 16 de mayo de 1917 - Ciudad de México, 7 de enero de 1986) fue un escritor, guionista y fotógrafo mexicano, perteneciente a la Generación del 52. Es considerado uno de los escritores latinoamericanos más importantes del siglo XX.
