<p>Stuart, George, and Snowbell want to go on every ride at the fair. But when they try to do everything a little too fast, it only gets them into trouble. Snowbell has run off, they lost all their tickets, and Stuart is about to be swept away by the log ride. Will the Littles manage to have some fun at the fair?</p>
